hey everone
i am really glad everyone is coming over to light, or is it the darkside, ?? i get confused?,  anyway, hope to get out on saturday if weather permits and maybe post something on here, really not expecting to get much but i need to to get out and get me some
just a stick with a string tied to it

Mutt, I here you. Its been a long while since I stuck a real nice fish. It will probably be a little while more.  This cold is definitely not helping.

Went out for about 30 minutes. 34 degrees tried to coax a bite with a suspending jerk, then tried a grub n spoon. Nothing. Supposed to stay cold today, and the lows for the next two nights are UGLY. Friday is calling for below 30 degrees ~xyz ~xyz ~xyz ~xyz

Heads up to my FL peeps. Due to the soon to be released CuradoHG, I will be selling a few things to get some funds together. I have a CiticaE that is on MINT condition. Yes I use it, and if you have been fishing with me, you know how I take care of my reels. I would like to get $80 for it, not including shipping. I will sell it with a Sellus rod MHF for $100, not including shipping. I am posting this here because it will be cheaper to ship in FL than out of state. And for those that live close enough, can pick it up, or meet up somewhere.

When is the release date? Do you have pics or a link to view the new reel curious to how it looks? Shimano always has a way of making their qulaity reels look like the smart girl at school. At least Daiwa are a little more to look at.

Looking through the pics on bass master site Practice for the open looked good. But they are starting today in the upper 30's very curious to see the results with this severe cold weather.

Well went out 7:15 to about 7:50 tried my proven baits when they are hugging the bottom in the summer, lot of dead sticking. cold and breezy, 37 degrees. couldn't take too much of that  ~xyz so I called it a day. Monday supposed to be warmer morning near 50 right before a front pulls in.....So LMG you watch the weigh in? I was online looking at the leaderboard. Leader pulled in a 9-7 hawg! Didn't hear on what he was using did you?.....Also saw that next classic in 2015 will be in Hartwell, Wife's got family in Starr SC free place to stay and they have a pontoon boat too. Classics worth going to? I heard they have events off the water for the family but would like confirmation. I would love to take my kids to it, if so.

Im actually watching the weigh in now. He didn't say. That was a nice fish though. The Classics are cool. Actually going to try and get to the FLW event at Clewiston in February.

Yeah cuz it aint over yet. It usually comes out, Bassmaster was posting what like the top 3 or 5 used in the last few tourneys. That is what I find interesting, cuz I know the conditions, so I try to see how they solved the puzzle and file it away for later.

looks like day two was a bit tougher so far. lot of guys coming in with 3 or 4 fish and the number 2 guys bag wasn't even 5 pounds!

Gonna head out in the boat tomorrow once it warms up a little.  Supposed to find 60 here tomorrow for the first time in a few days at least, hopefully that will wake up a fish or 10.  Have a feeling im gonna be in for a day of slowwwwwwww baits.  Ill check back in tomorrow when I get back.

went out today 10:30 to 1:30, nice day, water temp 60, only got1, very slow, got this guy on a 3/4 oz rattle trap, silver and chartreuse. fished deep and slow. tryed alot of other stuff no takers, most of the fish i could see were in the grass. this one 20 1/2, weight 4.4lbs, well at least no skunks,...
