Cross 1-4-13

StevenFlanagan and I Went to Cross lake and had a really good day, 20+ fish. We planned on going to Texas but his dad only gave him enough gas money to get to cross lake, boy am I glad we were at cross. Our best 5 were around 15 lbs. Black/Blue Jig.

The fish in my left hand went 4.5

Not bad for cross lake........But since you were on Martin Creek that's a pretty sad stringer.

The OP pic was from cross lake, you can easily see Calumet in the background. Zoom in fellas, it is easy to spot.

I haven't seen a 15lb sack fishing report in months on here (especially with pics). I have posted 2 in the last two weeks. All of a sudden since we are doing it, everyone can catch 15lb+ sacks easy?

Except for the fact Calumet does not have three stacks like that OP. Most of the ones replying are very familiar with cross lake and you just want admit your are busted.

And the fact that in order to see the stacks at calumet your picture would included not only the spillway on cross but also the rail road track as well as some docs in which case there are none in your pic.

I can not tell you fellas the exact calculations of where we were on cross lake. Only thing I can tell you is we caught a really nice stringer on cross lake with black/blue jigs. I love a good conspiracy theorist, because I am one myself.

Here is a nice pic of me and my 23# bass I caught while fishing off the bickham Dickson pier today. Don't mind the shorts. It wasn't that cold fellas.
