A.M. unfortunately some clubs get to tight nit and it becomes very hard for someone new to get in. If you are interested you will find the right one before long. Can you do us a favor and spread the word about the site at your dog fights :-* We would love to get more folks from your area  :-* By the way do we have the lakes listed in your state in the fishing reports section :-\

Yea, i'm not into the tight nit community's like that, i guess they wonder why their active participation and new members status is dwindling..I prefer to be around people who have a good time whether they catch a fish or not. I'm still happy after fishing all day and having caught nothing or even getting a bite cause its still better than sitting at home or doing nothing. A day on the lake is still better than anything else i can think of right now. I will certainly tell people about this site. Most of the better lakes are listed on report section. My home lake is chickamauga and once it even held a classic. But back in the late 80's they killed all the grass an d its just now coming back good..

A.M. I am glad that you are finding your way around the site. Make sure you check out the New Member Contest thread and post something in there. It will give you a chance at winning some tackle.

You will find the right club when the time is right. We have some really great ones here on the site. I hope that you can find one in your area that you can have a good time with, after all it is about enjoying fishing....

Welcome Aboard!

I am sure that you will find that most of us have that exact plan in mind ;) Retire and Fish! Sounds like the best combination there is to me....

Just jump in and look around. If you have any trouble finding what you are looking for just give a hollar and someone will help you out.

I am normaly in a state of insanity but I live in Kansas and fish a lot in Texas

Swede

I've lived in the State of Insanity before - where in that state are you from??  I'm from Total, Insanity.  Population 1.  There are a lot of folks that live just outside the city limits - real close to city limit but not in it.  I lived downtown at the crossroads - one headed to Enuf and the other to Plead.

By the way I have made plugs with 2 bass clubs in MN about UB.  Trying to get a few more Swedes to become members or at least increase the visibility in the state.  Will just have to see what happens.

I've lived in the state of Confusion before.  I'm not sure which town it was in and my compass never worked either, so I don't know if I was coming or going!   lo
