Week end fishing report Cypress 17 nov 13

Buff and I hit Cypress for a few hours Saturday. Water was very clear, temp was 56 up north and 60 down south. We fished a little bit of everything but only managed a few knot heads. I figured this weekend the fishing would be on fire...I's wrong on that one.
Did anyone have any luck this weekend or was it tough pretty much everywhere???

I know my dad caught around 30 bass on the red down in pool 4. All were 2lbs or bigger.  Square bills and spinnerbaits. I did good on the white perch. We caught around 50 Friday night.  And 20 Saturday night.

I fished pool 5 with only one bite, but was exploring new water and tactics.

Had some good luck on Cross.  Found them grouped up in one small area and fished it for a few hours.  Caught 18 to 20.  Most were on a shakey head, but one was on a spinnerbait.  Three of them were overs.  Water temp was 58-60.
