did anyone else see where JD Powers has made Bass Cat #1 in customer Satifaction for the Second Year in a row.....

Uhhhhh who else knew who was best,, surely it wasn't just me.....

I think I can honestly say that I have never seen a BassCat up close and personal like. I don't even know where you can buy one. I noticed that they won the JD Power award last year, and to back it up with another award this year must mean they build a nice rig.

I know of people who got Pro deals on other makes that would rather have their 'Cat back than what they are in now, if it weren't for a sponsor deal. Goes to show, just because it's "free" doesn't make it better. They state everything from better ride to better customer service.

I actually bought a BassCat instead of getting a sponsor boat at a discount. I love mine and won't have anything else.

Well I order a catalog online so I guess I will soon find out where a dealer is located near me. I hope to be in the new boat market next spring just in time for the boat shows. I don't have a favorite rig, just hope to get into a nice boat with good customer service.

Cmegee and I can both attest to the customer service of BassCat. BassCat understands that to be the "little guy" in the boat world, to survive you have to wow the customer with good service. I don't want to knock other brands, but I do want to hype my experience with the product. My 'Cat is a 97' and other than routine maintenance, has been trouble free.
