Night Trip 6/4

Got out night fishing for the 3rd time of the year, and the night bite was finally on! Got out around 7 a little over an hour before dark and my second cast had a monster blowup on the frog but it missed it. Caught this 3.96 about 20 minutes later on the spro popping frog, so we had a pretty good idea it was going to be a good night



We spooked a few other nice sized fished in the grass and pads as we were going around right around dusk, so the big girls are definitely getting more active on top. Bite slowed way down once the sun went down with the temps dropping into the high 50's, but there was still a few bites to be had, only got one good one, this 6.17 also on the spro popping frog around 10 oclock, so a good night all in all. She was a fatty!
