Jim at Rod Glove will probably yell at me for cutting up his products but these turned out awesome. Laurie has always wanted to bling out our boats and I wouldn't let her. After all it takes work and if we sell the boat that work is out the window :surrender: But I couldn't fight her off any longer. So here is the first installment of our Legend Boat Bling.

Graph. We separated the Ram Mount bracket and run the rod glove down inside it and then tightened it back up. This holds it securely in place.

Steering hoses. This requires some prep and bleeding but is really very simple.

Sets off the back of the boat. This photo doesn't do it justice. But when you look at the boat from the back, the Legend Wave, the painted power pole brackets, the extra long tail lights, and the steering hoses really make it pop!

Never mind my red tea cup..... It's a red thing LOL

Very nice.  It's and eye catcher for sure.

Enjoying retirement in the great Pacific Northwest.  I've turned into a fair weather angler.  Why do it today when I can do it tomorrow?

Nice job Mike & Laurie, so when are you going to pick me up for some smallie fishing on Erie? ::)

Did the same with blue on my graph at console. Tied into my fade to blue and dual blue blades. Looks good.

Any smallies would be great. We were stationed out west in California and used to catch quite a few small mouth, even had a lake close by that was majority smallies. A four pounder back then was a trophy though. Now it's up to 6 pounds for a trophy. I know you guys up north catch 4-6 pounders regularly when the bite is on.

Fast forward several years and now I'm in Louisiana, they think a spotted bass is a smallmouth around here because it has a smaller mouth :surrender:

My last tournament last year in October I finshed with a 31.4lbs limit of just 5 smallmouth

Cork you need painted mounts on that boat. Totally unacceptable. I think you should drive that thing up here and let me take care of those issues.

Mike Cork

Which mounts? The RAM? I'm thinking about having it dipped but I was concerned it would be too much red? If you look closely at the Power Pole mount it's dipped with the same red as the boat, turned out awesome.

And Motel funds.
Drake, I don't think 6, 7, or 8 pounders are anything to sneeze at. 6s &7s are being caught on the Finger Lakes, Oneida, and Champlain. Ontario and the Thousand Islands are keeping pace. No need to get an enhanced drivers license or passport to sit in long lines and have my boat ripped apart, just pull up and put my boat in the water and go fishing, world class bass fishing.

Your boat won't get torn apart, thats against the law. Ontario/1000 Islands are the same water body and there are better lakes then those. Simco and Rice are better then those.

Our Border Patrol isn't always nice and can get down right porky at times. We're getting 6 & 7pounders off the shores of the big pond (Ontario) 10 minutes from my home, I have good small mouth water within an hour and a half from my home, Erie is an hour from home. There is excellent , world class bass fishing on both sides of the border. Last fall a Canadian club came across the border for a tournament on Erie, the winner had about 29 pounds, the largest being an 8.9 which if he had it weighed and verified would have been a new state record. Right now is a great time to be fishing the north country.

Bought a boat kit in white from Bluewater and mounted the strips on the lip of the locker. They are awesome for those early morning pre tournament days when you are getting ready
