I just got my dream boat a 1994 Gambler Intimaditor with a 99 merc 200! Can't wait till I can get it in the water and start fishing out of it. Now it's till to retire the old ranger to a new home.

I bet a little trim/jackplate tweeking here and there maybe a new prop and you will be running 70's with a full load. Not that high 60's isn't enough  :shocking:

If you can get it set-up right then that boat should run 75-77 depending on load. Tourny fishing you should be around 72-74. I have a 93 intimidator w/200 efi. I also have an 04 2200 dc w/250xs. If i can help with anything just let me know.

That would be great but I have never drove a boat in the 70's so it will be a little while before I start trying to tweak it. But the jack plate is all the way up and for some reason that does not seem right and the prop is a throphy plus 25 pitch four blade prop. I have only had the boat on the water the day I bought the boat so not sure what Roma I'm getting at wot.
