Our next event takes us to Lake Bistineau, on March 30th, at Plum Orchard Marina.  Registration will be from 5:00am - 6:15am, with a "first cast" at 6:45am.  I will be unable to attend this event, so please help Steve and Jared out with whatever they need.  There should be some good sacks weighed at this event, good luck to everyone.

The farthest north anyone may trailer to is the ramp at the 164 bridge (between Doyline and Sibley), above that point you must travel by boat.

Since the 7 Pound Pot was won on Caddo, and the balance is now ZERO, anyone and everyone may get in it...even new members.

Since Oilman's has scheduled a large tournament on the Red River, out of RRSM on the same day as our next event (April 13th), we will be taking a vote after the weigh-in at Bistineau for one of the following: 1. Change ramp sites and keep the event on the river, or 2. Use our alternate lake for this event, which is Caddo Lake.  We will not be taking write-in votes, you must be present to vote.

It looks like a decent forecast for Saturday, High 70 Low 61 with a chance of  scattered showers late in the day/evening and wind 8mph out of the south.  Don't forget to get there early, registration closes at 6:15am.

Our next event was originally scheduled for the Red River, but since a large tournament has scheduled for that same day...a vote was taken and we will use our alternate lake for this next event, which will be on Caddo Lake (April 13th) out of Shady Acres ramp. Our 7 Pound Pot also rolls over at $150. It should be a good event on Caddo, hope to see everyone there!

A special thanks to Steve and Jared, and whoever else helped out, for running this event while I was out of state.
