For sheer fun it's tough to beat a topwater like a popper or making a Zara Spook dance, but in my heart of hearts I am a crankbait fisherman first before anything else. Picking one crankbait is too hard though but some favs are the KVD squarebills, Normans, Strike King Series 3 or 5, The old Poe's cedar cranks and the Lure Jensen Speed Traps and Brush Babies.

Oh and lest I forget I am really liking the Action Airetail plastics. They are quickly moving up my list and will be the first plastics I will be throwing this spring - if it ever stops snowing around here

Worm,worm and worm Texas Rigged All time Favorite is the Zoom finesse / Trick in Chartreuse Pumpkin color . I have a Feeling that those will be replaced by Denny's Action Airetail line up in the next couple of months or so ! These things are awesome in the water just praying for some warmer weather and water so I can really try them out properly !
