EBay lure and worm seller

I don't normally complain about people on eBay but this guy took the cake. His company name is GrizzlyCustomBaits.

I bought a pack of his ROOTBEER senko worms. He makes them himself so I figured the quality would be better than store bought stuff. Three weeks go by and I actually forget I bought them I didn't email him.

Finally I get an update that shipping info has been provided. I email him and ask did they really just ship today. His response is that they came back to him. And he had to reship them, and then he says "oh yea by the way I added extra salt to them so they are going to sink and attract more fish, the color may be slightly darker".

Well they arrive and well root beer is brown right? Well the photo is brown I mean so I figured they would be darker, less clear brown. These are are dark green.

The other issue is I ordered 10 SENKO worms not 8 worms a crawfish and a shad. All his worms have air pockets which just cause the worm to collapse and look like I ran it over.

I email the seller to tell him I bought rootbeer because I needed it. I already have enough green can I return them for brown. Here is what pissed me off. He says ",no but ill give you a buy one get one free"

So I get the wrong product a month later and now I have to buy more to get what I want? I leave him bad feedback and he leaves me feedback as "scammer beware"

He has more negative and neutral feedback than positive in this past month.

Same here. I can give you same names of sellers to watch who offer great deals when you watch them. I recently ordered six spinnerbaits from a guy I buy a lot from. Price is 1.95 and 1.90 shipping. If you buy more than one item you can get them for .35 cents shipping cost for each.
You his make an offer and offer 1.25 for the lures and .35 cents shipping! Can't go wrong at all!

How can he be offering Senko's if he makes them himself? Senko is a brand name made by Yamamoto. I got ripped off from Ebay when I bought "Senkos" and got some cheap knock offs instead. Selling counterfeit products, or using a copyrighted brand name to sell an imitation is wrong.

I am not sure about Copyright law, but if you put in the "Item Description" that they are not REAL Senko's it is ok for eBay.  I have seen others do this for other products.  Not sure if that was the case with this guy or not.

Sadly there are a lot of guys who think they can make some extra cash making custom baits on a casual basis. It takes some serious effort to do it right and make sure the customer is happy.

I used to sell on ebay and Amazon but don't any longer.  The fees killed me and I don't need them anymore.  I know there are many crooked sellers on ebay so I always say buyer beware.  I refuse to purchase from either amazon or ebay.
You should file a claim against him with Ebay.  Did you use paypal?  You can also file a claim with paypal.
Sounds like the buyers customer service was crap.  I built my business and I pride on personalized customer service.
