Went out to a reservoir south east of the city.  Not sure what it's called.  Fished from 6am until 2pm.  Caught about 70 bass between two people.  White flukes on scrounger heads, Koppers frogs, Big Texan beavers T-rigged, margarita mutilator roboworms drop shotted, and 3/8 oz skirted jigs with chunk trailers all caught a bunch.  There was nothing they wouldn't bite haha.  Mostly small guys though some were pushing 1.5-1.75lbs.  I just got back from a trip to california and was catching 4 and 5 lb spotted bass so it's a bit dissapointing but I still had a blast!

Hopefully these pictures work.

This guy could barely get the beaver in his mouth but he slammed it

Great report and nice photos.
Sometimes it's nice to catch quantity, other times quality is good.

That lake looks like Eunpa lake, is it in or close to the city center, or is it the place close to the base main gate??

No sir, it's not Eunpa.  It's southeast of Eunpa.  Lots of points and coves to it.  I'm not sure what it's called but you can see it a few miles from Eunpa.

I'm trying to get a few people hooked on bass fishing and catching a ton every trip sure helps to keep folks interested.

And a little feller on the "BassCam"!

I call it Gunsan Reservoir in the vid but I believe that one is northwest of the city

I looked on Naver maps and I think I found it Southeast of Eunpa. It's called Gunsan Reservoir.

I been there once to fish and will go back but i can't seem to find many to people to go with. I know that there is a lot of people that fish because I see everyone with rods hanging out of their bags. Anyways I going to try and find other place in biking distance from bass, but until then I'm still waiting on my stuff to arrive in mail.

I think we're heading to eunpa this weekend just to change it up.  There's 3 or 4 of us that pedal around and fish, only two that fish real regularly.  I was fishing by myself november-march.  Most folks don't know what they're missin' by not fishin'!

That's great man. I'll fishing every weekend if I get the chance, but I'm still waiting on my rod to arrive. If I get it by Saturday I might see you down there. Your right about it being fun too, I always fished with my father when i was back home.

Sounds good, hopefully your stuff comes in.  I'll be out there pedaling a white scott road bike starting on the east side.  I usually head towards the north end later on.  I've seen some biiiig panfish up there.
