It a beautiful morning here in Central Texas    We got blue bird skies and 74 degrees.
We're off to Cracker Barrel for breakfast and a little shopping

Rain, rain and more rain.  Been raining off and on almost all week. A friend and I had hoped to go out but won't because of thunder and lightning.

Water temp 76.8 , visibility is about 7 ft , partly cloudy and calm winds

Happy Saturday ! Was a cool 48 degrees here at 6 am,with a couple weeks in the 80's and 90's and no fish in the boat , I'm heading back out to try again today ! Hopefully I'll hook a few this weekend wish me luck and suggestions welcome ! I'll update with lake conditions in a couple hours when I get on the water . Have a wonderful weekend !

Good evening UB. Took my brother fishing this morning. He doesn't get to fish much and he wanted to catch a muskie. He raised one but no luck. Ironic, I fish for bass and can't keep from catching them and he fishes for one for 7 hours and that's it. I caught 3 little dink bass fishing myself, it was a tough day fishing but had a good time.

Had a softball game (that I recently took over as head coach for) this morning, then swimsuit shopping for the girls. That was fun ALL suits had to be approved by DAD! Now packaging and shipping decals. Looks like if I want water time I will be casting from a shore this evening.
