nobody seems to be active on our site anymore. how are the wednesday tournaments going. does anybody know the standings. it will be august before i can fish another tournament, but i can check
this sight daily most of the time. my son is buying a new, used 2009 ranger 19 foot with 200 hpdi series 2, with 10.1 hrs. 101 t/m, not a scratch on it. i am going to switch my saturday off sequence to coinside with his. he said he wants me to fish all the tournaments i can with him this coming year.
i would like that, atleast the fishing part. tournaments are a grind if you put forth the effort to fish a lot of them. caught 8 on bistineau this past saturday, 6 keepers and 2 dinks. small sim bait, water looked great , almost no salvinia on the south end.  lets talk its usually fun and somewhat informative.

good luck, great health and great fishing.

Great news about the boat and fishing with your son! My dad and I fish a few tournaments a year together and I wish we could more. Tournament fishing is time consuming, but when it gets in your system it's hard to go back to just "Fun" fishing all the time. Even then, I'm making notes and trying to get ready for the next tournament.

I need to leave the tournament early Saturday....anybody want to volunteer to weigh my fish in and turn in my entry fee? I can meet you on the water...somewhere!

hey there is life on this site. sorry about the early exit, someone will help you on the weigh in and entry pay. thanks for the reply.  i quit tournament fishing in 1979 and did not fish another until i joined eastwood about 10 years ago. i still enjoy the friendly competition now. my son is a lot more serious than i am at this time in my life, but as far as game day goes he will get 110% from me.
