Whole Enchilada

Not quite an official bass boat but I bought a 14' Sportspal Canoe (used) about a month ago which I plan to use as my secret weapon for this bass season. It's lightweight so I can portage it into just about anywhere and can float around in 4" of water quite comfortably, not to mention the with the 38" beam width I can also stand easily.

The lakes in my area just aren't big enough to warrant a full size bass boat, not to mention the ones that are either don't have a ramp or don't allow motorized craft.

I plan to deck this thing out to my needs, first of which being to replace the foam block seats with bench seats. Surprisingly they are really comfortable but not high enough to fish out of easily. The canoe itself is alittle bit rugged but there are no leaks and only one slight dent on the bottom. Not bad for a 1974 production!
