hello eveyone im new to the site i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem i have a 2004 tracker pro angler v16 with a 50 hp 2 stroke i noticed last year i was starting to take on water but didnt know why i was washing my boat today and BAM there it was stress crack about 3in long and was starting to fold up into boat the hole is located mid boat on bottom passenger side i also noticed several other stress cracks that were smaller i was informed by tracker that there warranty is GARBAGE only covers welds not the hull material,i am only person to ever operate my boat i have never hit anything i do however fish lake erie alot {smallmouth rule my world} does anyone have any helpful info on repairs thank you in advance from a very dissapointed tracker owner

Sorry about your boat, that sucks!
Take it to a pro...aluminum is a tough
weld. The biggest problem is there is flotation
foam there that will need to come out. I don't
think this is going to be a cheap fix.

Once my boat is repaired I'm upgrading to a boat that is lake Erie worthy I fish it a lot I mean a lot and the tracker isn't lake Erie worthy once a month maybe but 3-5 times a week weather permitting was too much for it to handle it is my first boat and it will be my last tracker hope everyone else with a tracker has better luck than I did stay safe and if you notice it's taking water look for stress cracks in the hull mid boat passenger side it's very common according to my local dealer if I knew that I would have never bought it
