I have been debating for some time on which one to get, the glass or the graphite. Anyone use either? Also, going back in forth on the 704 (M) and the 705 (mh). I will be mainly using it for lipless cranks, square bills, and med diving crankbaits. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

I use the 705 CB Glass for square bills and traps and I love it!! That rod is probably the most popular crankbait rod in the Dobyns line up.

Definitely the 705 Glass. Once you're holding it you won't be able to tell it's a glass rod. The 5 power is perfect for traps and square bills.

I'd repeat what they both just said but what's the point lol.  You'll love the 705.  That's exactly what I use it for.

Don't want to get repetitive here but the 705glass is the rod you want.

I never felt comfortable throwing cranks on any of my old rods. But the first time throwing one on 705 glass I can actually remember thinking.. "oh, his is what a crank rod should feel like"
