Good morning everyone.  COLD in NE Florida...34 degrees this morning, highs in mid 40's.  This is just not fun.  Hopefully we'll be back in the 70's for highs in a couple of days

Good morning to everyone in the UB family ~shade

Its the start of another great day here in Central Texas.  We got bluebird skies and currently 35 degrees with a high scheduled for 60 degrees ~sun
