Cowford boat launch (hwy 20)...10 Oct 11

well the river is LOW the new ramp s completely out of the water. and still has a couple feet between it and the water. so i checked out the old one....its pretty much out of the water. i launched directly under the bridge basically on the bank. wasnt too bad, dropped of quick but with multiple boats it could get soggy quick. tried to go south and right where that row of stumps...looks like ruins of a bridge on the left..its about 2ft deep all the way across...luckily i was idling but yeah if you guys go out there be safe. you know the river better than i do anyway but still. stay sharp.

Thanks for the update Jesse.  Hopefully it will be up some by the time we have the club tournament next month.

couldnt remember if nov or dec was there. if its nov...it'll be iffy.

I'm getting more and more concerned about the safety of our tournament being held under hwy 20 the closer we get to tourney time.  River is ultra-low and don't think I'll fish if tourney is held there.  Can't afford a lower unit right now.

im pretty sure tonight we will discuss moving the tourny. with as low as it was when i was there about a month ago and then no rain...its gotta be bad.
