Cajun Express Smoker Review!

Ron Fogelson recently enjoyed some great cooking on a brand new smoker. Now this isn't just your standard smoker, it has some technology behind it that speeds up the process to a point that you can decide you want to have smoked ribs for dinner and start them at 5 PM. Yes fully smoked ribs in under an hour

Smoked meats in 20% of the time of regular smokers?

I need one of these. Any ideas if he will ever be up in the Midatlantic region for a demonstration.

Man Creel it is fast now as far as a demonstration I would say be on the lookout at BBQ completions in the future.

BSP carries the Cajun fryer on their web site & all are made by R & V Works. As the smoker grows R & V might allow BPS to carry it as well so hope to see them around the nation before to long so folks can take a look at them in person.

That's great. I hope they make it around this way. Maybe he'll be making some trips to some bass/fishing shows this coming winter. That'll give him some opportunity to display it to a lot of folks.

I saw one today at Bayou Outdoor and it's solidly built! Dave had mentioned this was in the works and I was waiting to see it, just didn't know it would cook so fast!

Dave was off today so I didn't get to speak to him about it but when I got home I saw the article Ron had written. Now I'm jealous I didn't get an invite!

Filled out the paperwork for a 2nd mortgage so I can buy one. Waiting to hear back, lol.

Sounds great though and if they ever get down this way, may have to consider one. And I KNOW you get what you pay for, was just messing wuff ya'.
