Went out yesterday on Bald Eagle and had some pretty good fishing in the afternoon and evening. Total of around twenty largemouths and around ten northerns. Flipped around covered shoreline and around the island. Also cranked in west bays in about five to ten ft of water.

Nice - can never complain about a 20 bass day.  Thanks for the report! ~gf

What were your most consistent producing baits?  Any hot colors?

We were throwing KVD 1.5 cranks in any of the white ""woops"y" colors......white/chartrousse (sp?) always seems to work best in that lake....

Ive never fished that lake in the summer. not sure why, I live pretty close to it. Lots of crappies to in there to keep you busy in the winter though. Sounds like you had a good day on the water.
