Any body on here bream fish much? Found a little lake by my house that is loaded with big chinqapin and buegills. Took my little brother out there, 2 years old, and we caught about 20-30 big bream on the beds. ~gf Nice to get away and just have fun fishing! Any tips on how to catch more?

A lot of people use crickets but, I don't like "creepy crawly" things so, I've always used bread-balls for bream.  Better yet, take a can of biscuits and use the raw doe.  It won't dry out like bread and will stick to your hook better.

Bluegill love small topwater poppers worked behind a bobber.  Looks almost like a trout fly.  Another great lure is a trout magnet about 12-18 inches under a bobber. The orange color works great, and these things catch all species of fish, even bass!

Here's another bait to use:

RAW Bacon.  Cut little maggot size pieces of raw bacon.  Stays on the hook for many fish.  You can catch 100 fish on one strip of bacon.
