I hear ya! If this rain keeps up ice should melt a little faster. 
Then we just need a little sunshine. 

I'm over winter and officially have bass fishing on the brain!

I get home sick from time to time but reports like this, news from my folks and being able to fish year long keeps it short.

Unfortunately the weather calls for Wind and Thunderstorms in my neck of the woods 
I hope to get out either Sunday or Monday and I will be sure to report back.

I have to say it's been the worst winter of cabin fever for me yet.  I have spent so much money on lures rods, reels, etc, just to keep me sane.  Went walleye fishing last weekend on Forest Lake but it just wasn't the same.  And of course, the first day after opener that I can get out is Monday, and it's supposed to thunderstorm.....ugh.....

Seriously cannot wait though.....Gonna be great!
