z8 rod locker

how long is the rod locker on the new z8? I have one with the rod organizer, and I havent measured yet. I'm currently on vacation and looking to pick up a 7'8 cranking rod. I was just seeing if it was 7'6 or 8 or what? I don't want the 7'8 if it wont fit.

I was told by the sales rep that they would hold an 8' rod.  Just remember I was told that by a salesman, and have no personal experience with them. Jim

Thanks, I wish I was at home an could just go see myself haha. I know it holds a 7'6, but i dont really pay attention to how much free space is left.
