Hello everyone,
I am currently halfway through a two year tour here in South Korea.  I grew up fishing in Lousiana and I have fished from there all the way up to Wisconsin.  I started tournament fishing while I was stationed at Fort Rucker, AL and absolutely love it!  A few of us soldiers found out that there are not only bass over here but tournaments as well so we started Team America Fishing.  We have fisnished one tournament so far coming in 14th out of 800 in a bank tourny.  Checkout our forum at www.teamamericafishing.proboards.com.  Korean bass are the same but very they aren't always in the spots that you would find them in the states.  I can't wait to go fishing back in the U.S.A!

Welcome to UB! Believe it or not we have a Guy here Steve AKA BassinKorea that fishes those tournaments. He is out this weekend fishing a tournament, but when he gets back I'm sure he'll be able to get you some info. Make yourself at home and if you have any input feel free to let it fly!

comoda,

Welcome to Ultimatebass we're glad you're here.  Contact Bassinkorea he can give you the low down on
bass fishing over there.  Like DB indicated Steve is out fishing a tourney this weekend but I'm sure once he gets back he'll drop you a line.

Good luck with the bass fishing and thanks for your service to our Great Nation.  ~flag

Hi comoda & welcome to Ultimatebass.com

Lots of service members here on UB, some folks are even in Korea with you now.  BK is a CD here and lives in Korea and might be able to point you in the right direction to wet a line while you finish your tour.

Not so sour you on UB but it's frowned upon posting about other forums.

Hope you enjoy your time here and please let us know if you ever need any help around the site.

Thank You for your continued service, take care.
