Dobyns Dropshot Rod?!?

Does anyone have a Dobyns dropshot rod and if so how do you like it? Which one do you recommend? I am a big fan of all my dobyns rods so far just wondering if there light line rods are just as good as the meat sticks I already have.

Oh by the way I will be using it to fish smallmouth on Erie and St. Clair.

I'd go with a 3 power in which ever length you are comfortable with. I'd also recommend the Champion series I haven't played with any of the savvy series in a spinning rod.
