Here are some baits I just finished.  Both are carved out of PVC board and top-coated with U-40 LS Supreme.

Foiled jerkbait.  4 5/8" long, weighs 5/8 oz.  I don't usually mess with foil, but I figured I'd give it another shot on this bait.  I think it turned out pretty good.

Blue Razor Craw crankbait.  3" long not counting the bill, weighs 5/8 oz.  This bait has a 1/8" thick bill instead of the 1/16" thick bills I usually use.

Let me know what you think!

That's some good looking stuff there.

Why the thicker bill? Will it deflect off cover better?

I don't know about that, but the thicker material is easier to install line ties in.  It's thicker, and so the line tie doesn't have any play in the hole like it does in thinner lexan.  It's also stiffer, which is nice for longer bills.  The thicker lexan is harder to cut and takes longer to grind to shape, but that's also a plus because there isn't as much risk of grinding off too much.  I used to only use 1/16" lexan, but the thicker material has a lot of qualities I like so I'm going to keep using both.
