Let's say you want to get sponsored right?

In addition to placing a logo on your tourney-shirt, your baot and your truck as your promise to your sponsor.................wouldn't it be more powerful if you could bring them a new customer?

What if we were to promise we would bring them at least one new customer, wouldn't that make their decision to sponsor us easier?

I know what you're thinking already.  I know what you want to ask me - don't ask.  Figure it out.

Pretend you have to write your senior paper on -

HOW TO BRING ONE NEW CUSTOMER TO YOUR POTENTIALSPONSOR.

What say you all?

I agree FFF. Its not whats in it for me, rather, What can I do for you?.....OR..as you said....don't ask, don't tell.. :roll2: Dave

BTW: Long time no see......Its my fault  ;) ...

HOW TO BRING ONE NEW CUSTOMER TO YOUR POTENTIAL SPONSOR.
By Brian Carson

When I started to write this paper I believed the words would write themselves and this would be is easy.  I was wrong!  I felt, that writing this in a letterform would present my resources for better sale!

Dear Sponsor,
I have several different venues that I can market your product in.  You being in business are well aware of the importance of exposure of your logo.  So I will get right down to business!  I will guarantee at least one person to use your business other than my family and myself. That is a bold statement seeing how we can't see into the future but here is my plan.

I will sell your product to others by:
1.Using your product or service.
2.Presenting myself in a professional manner at all times.
3.Immediately exposing your product or services to close friends and all resources of advertising that I have available.
4. Speaking confidently about your product or services.
5. Always be aware of the right moment to deliver comments about your products or services.

I know your time is valuable so thank you for your time in considering my proposal. I believe I can help you increase your sales and awareness of your product or services.  Please fell free to contact me anytime.

Sincerely,
Brian Carson

Normally it would be better to deliver these comments in person.  At that time too you will be in a better position to know what areas you need to focus on for that particular sponsor.

Nice ,very nice all of you ! Bman it sure sounds good!
That is the number one thing a company looks at is what you the consumer can do to show that you are capable and worthy.

I will be the first to admit that over the years I've been bitten and I wish I had half of the $ that was spent on sending product, apperal etc. to people that I thought were going to be helpful.
I've discussed a program with Blaise so many times that I believe we will finally roll it out very soon.
I hope it will help the indvidual and also our company.

We've spent countless(well we see where it's gone to) on advertizing and Pro staff etc. and we seldom add to our Staff due to the indvidual not holding up to thier requirements etc.

Stay tuned for a new program at B&D

The key would be to put yourself in the sponsor shoes!  My responsibilities with Feather Ridge Turkey Calls having been very enlightening.  Like B and D state it cost money and many people really don't realize how much a company invest in you when you are on staff.
