2010 STQT Questions

I will post each Question here so everyone nows what is the ruling.

Question: Can I pre-fish alone on Friday. My parnter is coming down Friday Night!

Answer: I don't have a problem with Pre-fishing alone Friday. But you and your parnter can't be in seprate boats on the same body of water!

I have read the rules through several times and can not find any where in them that you and your partner can not be on the water, in separate boats at the same time. Can you please point it out to me so I can see it?
