Consolidated bay sport license question

If you purchase the consolidated bay sport license which comes with a complimentary license to owner, does it cover you for the Potomac river below DC....confused because it says MD tidal waters. Not sure what the license covers and what the comp. license covers.

Yes it covers the Potomac below DC.  You have to get a separate lic for DC and if you fresh water you have to get that lic.

If you buy the Potomac License it covers the same areas and cost $20 less...
