Paypal ?

OK, I realize this is not a computer question, Not really sure where to post it.
I would like to sell an item and be paid through paypal.

Question. Do I just make up a receipt on my paypal account and email the receipt to the payer? When the money is paid by the pater, How long does it take to post on my account? Once it does post on my account, Is the money usable or is there a waiting period? I have purchased multiple times with my paypal account, However I have never had a need to recieve payment through paypal before now.

You just click on the request money tab. Put in the email of the person you want money from, then the amount and what the money is for such as payment for goods etc. Click send and they get an invoice request to pay. When they pay it with a CC card , bank transfer or paypal balance, you get the money immediately. If they use an E check, it takes several days.
