Ok lets here YOUR opinion
Welded
or
Rivits
I own a old Monarc boat with rivits and always have one with a leak around it .
So when I replace it (soon I Hope) I wanted to go with a welded boat.but then theirs Lowe boats that have a life time warranty on them so I'm thinking what does it matter as long as the manufacture stands behind it?

Welded.  My father-in-law has a G3 that is really well built at a good price. Might want to look into those also.

No doubt about it, welded is superior, of course using heavier guage aluminum which adds tremendous strength. Rivets loosen and leak regardless of manufacturer claims, unless never taken out of the water. I've had riveted jon boats that had every rivet leak, easily fixed with JB Weld, or drill bad ones out and re-rivet.

Welded for sure.  It dosen't intefere with the transducers near as much as those rivets.  JMO

Not that I'm partial.....but I think Triton makes an awesome welded tin boat 8)

thats lund with the life time warranty not lowe   my bad
regardless I think the welded boats will hold up better in the long run especially if you run into some ruff water from time to time
