Laurie and I recieved this and thought it would be a great thing for Ultimate Bass sponsors. I mean Free, it don't get any better than that!!! I don't know how close this is to you all or if it would be worth traveling to but definitely check it out.....

FREE Vendor space at all Odyssey Boat Shows

Odyssey Presentations Inc. one of the nations largest promoters of RV and Boat Shows announces aggressive new program for the fishing tackle vendors and manufacturers.

For the upcoming 2009-2010 show season Odyssey will be giving FREE booth space to any and all tackle retailers or manufacturers. This concept is the first of its kind in the country and will provide thousands of show attendees an unprecedented number of tackle booths.

"We recognize the importance of this segment of the industry and are trying to give our valued attendees an even better selection as well as help the smaller retailers through this economic recovery. We have huge plans, including the nations largest fishing tank at each event. The Tackle Town goes hand in hand with our new direction", said Rob Lynch, President of Odyssey.

Each Vendor booth will include a 10' x 10' space with red and white backdrop and side rails. You will be responsible for table's chairs and purchasing electric if needed.

The sign up process is simple, just log onto our website www.rvexpo.net and click on Vendors. From there you can download a brochure and see what shows you are interested in. After you decide what shows you would like to attend, please call Megan Lynch at 941-780-4795. She will fax or email a special Vendor contract.

You will be required to complete and sign the contract as well as pay a $100 deposit for each show. The contract and deposit securers your spot for each event. When you check in for set-up at each event, you will immediately receive a $100 refund, making each show FREE.

"We are charging the $100 deposit to cover the costs of our booth rental and to make sure the vendors have something invested, so we don't have a bunch of empty booths that we have paid for", said Lynch.

Humm yeah that could be a problem. We just wanted to make sure everyone of our sponsors knew about it just in case they could make it. Sounds like a great deal to me

Thanks for posting Mike, Karl I seen this the other day and thought about ya, but I couldn't find it again. Sounds like a good deal. Just have to drive there and sell some baits.

This will be our first year in the Texas area. Are there not any shows in the Bossier area? Maybe it could be something for us to look at. We are always open to look at new states/cities if there is a demand and no one doing any shows.

Just trying to put it back up for a reminder. As of right now no one has taken advantage of this offer for any of the shows. Companies with staff position be it Pro or field would be a good way to make some extra money and sell your companies product for them. Any ?s shoot me a pm
