Finally had a good day summer fishing...well for only 3 1/2 hrs before the bite shut down and the heat was to much...As bad as it is with my current situation(unemployed) it was nice to sneek out for a day of fishing during the week,,,I had the whole alley to myself..did not see another boat out there...I will not post my exact location but those that know me feel free to pm me and I will share more details....caught a ton of fish by 9;30 AM...it was weird actually as i usually pound the lily pads hard and catch most of my fish from the pads but today was different I caught most of the better fish in places where there were no pads...caught some on the spook,some on senkos and the pad fish were caught on the spro....here are some pics...not the best pics..kinda hard to take good pics when solo fishing....it was nice to get out there and catch some quality fish i don't know how the bite has been elswhere but the alley is holding some good fish right now just got to get them early......

Nice report Justin. Sorry to hear about the unemployment. Your not in sales are ya? Anyway, for some reason I am not seeing any photos. Did you post them? If so, it must be something on my end.

Sunday, I went to a small private lake and caught 18 bass. Biggest was 2.5lbs with most being small. But all but a few where caught in 1 place. That makes it kinda fun.

thanks guys...and strkpr if you can't get the boat running and i don't find work soon I may have a boat for sale...it needs some carpet and the finish is not so good on it but she is running good right now.....ok wait I'm getting ahead of myself I don't want to think about selling just yet..I think I will sell my blood before the boat ....Keith the pics are up in the post..it must be something wrong on your end.....and not really to much of a salesman but if things don't work out I'll touch base with ya.....you catching all those guys out of the little boat??? man i miss the jon boat......
