Stormwater Pond Lunker

Happy Easter. This beauty caught yesterday in a stormwater pond behind my mom's house. Water was disgustingly muddy, almost like coffee with heavy cream. It was cold, the wind was blowing and the fish were tearing it up, the new "woops"y Shad Wiggle blade that is. I caught 10 or so within an hour. Had to painfully slow it down just so they could find it! You can't tell from the picture, but the lure is still in her mouth...deep!
