Hey everyone, I am down here in Florida, I have already ripped some lips here and caught a sting ray.  That was pretty fun.  I still have my old cell number if you want to reach me.  I will post my address and new phone number when I get it.  Just getting geared up for hurricane season, can't wait ~rain  Hope all is well up there.  Heard it is pretty hot outside right now ~bu  Take care

Sounds to me like you need to move a little further inland if your catching stingrays.. If you gotta fish that salty water, at least tell us about the specks, reds, or flounder,,,,,jezzzzz

Next thing well hear is how you and Chris all most won the Cobia Tournament!!!

Glad to here your getting settled. Keep us posted.

I was waiting for the "he broke me off though" line on the stingray!   >:D
Was he at least a 7 lber?

Skipper (ripnlips)

The only difference between Krebs and Chris is Kreb always breaks them off and Chris always shakes them off :roll2:

Javelin 409

Skipper, does that make you the P.P.P'er??

Krebice,

Hope you and your family are well. How did you enjoy your first Florida Hurricane? My Sister and her family in Ft Walton Beach came through with only minor damage. We were concerned for awhile.

Check in and let us know haw you are.

Hurricanes are fun!  We went to Daytona Beach and laid in the sun for three days.  Can't beat that.  We got back to very minimal damage, but there are more on the way this year.

I leave tonight/Wed morning.  We'll be there through Monday.  Really looking forward to it again.  I finished third last year with big fish, however we have completely different weather this year so I expect the fishing to be different (we have summerheat to deal with).  I plan on checking the two areas I caught fish last year and then looking for new stuff.  I'll also spend about half one day prefishing the river itself, Wing Dams, Breaks, Docks, & Bridges.  Have frog & spinner bait ready for the dog fish!
