Three Re-paints Done by a Friend

Here are three lures I had someone paint for me. I just sent him the baits, along with a description of what I wanted, and man did he deliver! Some of the best work I've ever seen. Almost hate to fish them, but I know they'll put fish in the livewell!

Sorry for all the pics, but it's really hard to capture the beauty of these on camera.

Bandit 700 Series CB in "Pumpkinseed/Sunfish"

Strike King King Shad in "Shiner/Chartreuse Fins"

And my favorite- Savagear 4Play 7.5" Swimbait in "Baby Bass"

Now you see why I want to get into painting my own lures!

TightLinez your right them things look almost to prety to use

Them are some great looking baits and should catch you some Bass

Not yet! Just had enough daylight the other day to check out what they looked like under water. WOW! The bass one looked amazing waked on top.

Very interesting. I love the Bandit 700. Make sure you keep a lure retrieval kit with you. Nothing worse than losing a custom bait.

Thanks! I'll definitely keep a retriver handy.

So Jay, I have a few more lures I might have him paint for me. What are a couple good patterns for Sugar Lake? I was thinking Tilapia or that shad color you mentioned. Anything else?
