Fished the Bassmaster Weekend Series Regional.  Did not fair too good as I caught only one keeper in two days.  78th of 101.  Plenty of 13.5 inch fish though - just my luck with 14 inch minimum size limit.  Main lake points produced best on c-rig and crankbait for top finishers.  Bass chasing shad now with the dip in temps.  Caught two on top water during pracitice and others about mid way back in the arms off main lake.  Docks with jig, laydowns or stumps with jig or CB, and c-rig on main and secondary points were best producers.  And don't forget about the rocks - look for rock piles as these will be hot for the next few weeks.

A guy from NC with 27lbs was leading when I left - 19lbs was second.  Enjoyed the trip and the challenge.  Will do some things different next trip - you have an excellent looking fishery.

I have been trying to find results for the regionals, but have found none.  I thought it was interesting that the regional held earlier in the month wasn't listing results either.  Any reason that anyone can think of?

Okay folks, I found it.  I think....

If you go to the Bassmaster Series home page, you can search for the angler by last name, and they have updated their results to include the regionals.
