Anyone know what the LE-186 price range is?

Mike Cork

I really don't know, but I tell you what that will be one fast boat is you max out the horse power :-* :-*

If you put in an email to the company they will definately take to you about it ~c~

I have tomorrow off and plan on looking into this a bit more.  Hopefully, I will find a location near me to check out these boats.

Yep, that 18ft boat with a 225 on it would be down right stupid. I bet you can't keep it in the water. I know one thing the boat I test drove at the UBCS was awesome. I told Rattles Trap that I would like to price the 18 ft boat and she she said " NO Way", if you buy another boat it will be just like the one we test drove". I think if we would have had the money she would have bought one that day.

With the bodies of water I fish up here 95%+ of the time, I will only really need a 115 to 150.  I don't have a need for speed.  I look at boats as strictly a mobile fishing platform.  If down the road I have to up the motor and/or boat size that will be fine but it's not a necessity at this time nor in the near future.  I would have to become much more consistent in catching bass and placing in tournaments so this first boat will be used to get me on the water so that I can improve on those stats.  I'm being a realist in my thinking for a first boat.

I hear ya. Don't go too small though, believe me you will regret it. What ever boat you buy make sure you get enough motor on it so it performs the way it was meant too. I see a lot of people try to save money and go with a smaller motor and in a mater of months the regret it big time. Most 17 to 18 ft boats perform great with a 150. You don't have to hammer down just drive at a speed that's comfortable for you. The thing is when you need the horse power it will be there. If you go too small you can't more out of what you don't have.

Does anyone have a Legend yet.  I am real serious about ordering one next year.  I was hoping to maybe ride in one at the Rally.  Once I recover from my accident and get those bills payed it will be the right time to place an order for a 2007 model.

This may be just a woman's point of view but they are one of the few that still really care. They take the time to work with you and get things right the first time! That is really important to me.

:) :) ;) Because of Legends Hull design and keel they work great in all types of water except the very shallowest. They have a great layout and design, their ergonomics are second to none, and what you want you get the first time around. The fellow I have been talking to and consulting with has me leaning more in the LE-195 direction with either 175 or 200 E-Tech. I have to agree with him the space is what it's all about. I have found that I presently have a very sweet Skeeter, but I am running out of room. The more I fish, the more Tackle I need to take with me, not leave it in the garage. As far as price for what I want, they are a little cheaper than the New Stratos 19ft6" with options........Now all I have to do is sell the Skeeter, J-1450 Skiff and my last born and I'm set.....................I really do like their boats..............

How in the world have I missed this thread???????/....I have been talking with Deryl Janzen for well over a year now. I had first expressed intrest in the boats and he called, but he didn't give the hard sell. We got to meet at the UBCS this past June and he is a class act, as is the owner Randy. Deryl still calls at times and he's not trying to sell me a boat, he's calling to see whats going on with me, the family, the club, and the local fishing reports. Now what else can a person say about " Individual Customer Friendly Service"......Can't wait to put my order in.........Dave
