Micro cranks

My bud Whittler is got me hooked on making these little baits.   The weights are approx 1/16-1/8oz (my scale is down).   I'm going to have some fun in the creeks with these.

Do you throw those using spinning gear?
I would think difficult on casting equipment?

Do you make the bodies yourself or are they just buy's and paint??

If making yourself do  you use through wire construction or just screw in eyes??

Kick, I suck bad with casting gear.   I throw everything on spinning.   Those little baits on a 6 foot ul and 4lb line.

Fat, those baits are handmade all the way.   I use ss 22ga wire to twist my own hangers.   The only thing I did not make was the 1/32 worm sinker I use for balast weight.

These little baits are a lot of fun in the little creeks in the Ouachita Mtns.
