fished my first tournament today

rain, hail, 40 per hour winds,but it didnt stop us from having a great time today on the water!  it was the day that almost was with two 4+ pound smallies breaking off that would have put us in the money.   we only had about 10 boats in the tournament and 14 pounds won it.  its been a crazy spring here with water temps still only 61-63 degrees.

never the less  i am hooked and cant wait till this sunday to try it again.
thanks for all your help in answering my questions and all i gotta say is

DROP SHOT THE GULP MINNOW!!!
