Choptank River Open Team Tournament - 5/4/08

Choptank River Open Team Tournament is sheduled for Sunday May 4th at Martinak State Park in Denton, MD.

Pre-tournament draw meeting will be held Wednesday April 30th at 7:00PM at the Paradee Center in Dover, directions attached below. Entries will be accepted at the ramp the day of the tournament.

What were the results for this & Tuesday's evening Tx?

Sorry, but there results weren't all too impressive. Two boats out of 12 weighed fish. Winners had 5 for 14.64, 2nd place had 4 for 11.88. The results are posted at www.eteamz.com/delaware_bass, actually those are the results! 

Tuesday night tournaments are not doing well. two under our belt already and we only had two boats at the last one. Our next tx is scheduled for 5/20. What started as a good idea has faded quickly! I've had a ton of responses from people wanting to fish them, but no one is showing! My time is more valuable with the family!

Sure you could blame the cost of gas, ramp permits, whatever. A win or lunker could cover those expenses. Maybe we'll consider an open tournament later in the year...
