Need some advice

I have a question. I am on several pro staff's I have a retail store in which I have a good relationship with the owner. A friend of mine took some of the product in which I promote to another shop a few miles away from the other shop. The owner of the second business wants to put our product on his shelf I would like to have it in his store but I fell it will lead to a conflict of intrest between myself and the other owner. How should I handle this matter in to which it will benefit us.

hey william, i would just ensure that they sell it for the same price.  i wouldn't sweat the cometition thing, most business owners are professional and would understand.  i would make it clear that you want to get this product in the hands of everyone possible and see if you guys can work out an agreement.
