I use empty tic tac containers to store hooks, split shot,etc... while I am bank fishing.

Old medicine bottles work real well for hooks and shots as well.

I know I resemble that remark, but ya know you are gettin up there when you are 1. usin old medicine bottles, and 2. able to accumalate enough of em to be able to post about how well they work.  ~roflmao
