Put in at about 0730 and went up jeems and fishing the islands groups and didn't get anything. went further up and found some grass beds and started working a green and white coffee tube with a drop shot and caught one about 10ins long also caught a gar lol. went to the dam side found out i need a bigger boat cause of the wind and waves so that was a learning experience. That afternoon went back to jeems and hit the trees with a 10 in culprit crawdad color and pulled in two that between 12 and 14. lake has alot of Silvain floating around. water color was pretty brown, i dont have a temp on my cheapy fish finder but it was kinda cold to the touch lol.

Thanks for the report ride1599...it was a rough one out there today...water had muddied up somewhat since last trip so I stayed with a darker jigs most of the day....hit it pretty good.....fish were somewhat shallow and seemed to be holding on the larger trees today....

I launched from Tuckers today and it was windy and muddy. I threw everything i had and only got 1 bit and i fished 3 of my best spots. I one hit a rattle trap. Also caught a jackfish on a jig. That was a first for caddo.

Only fished for about 4 hours and killed the trolling batteries fighting the wind
