I'm going to try my luck on Monday.  I've only been on the lake once before about 5 years ago.  Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben

Jerkbaits, black and blue jigs and sweet beavers were catching good fish at the first of January. The biggest factor was being very slow. I caught most of my fish between marker 13 and 19 fishing the scattered trees and the clumps it didn't seem to matter just be patient.

Looks like a warm day for you but the wind is up, good thing on that lake you can hide from it. Looking forward to hearing your report :-*

The wind was pretty rough but we hugged the trees most of the day.  We started out at channel marker 45(?) fishing up next to trees and grass.  Caught most of our fish on a watermelon red grub with a weighted hook.  We also picked up a few on a Ch/white spinner bait on a flat not far off the channel.  Overall a slow day but nice to be on the water.
