Toledo Bend/Results

Our next tournament will be held at Huxley Bay Marina, on Toledo Bend, on March 8th and 9th. This will also be a double entry fee for this tournament ($60/team/day) and also the 7 pound pot will be a $10 fee/day (which is optional), which we will be paying out BB for day 1 and day 2, and should make for better payouts. This is a 2 day event and the weigh-in for day 2 will be at NOON, to give everyone travel time home. Please note that Sunday(March 9th) is daylight savings time, so takeoff will be at 7:09am, unlike the takeoff of 6:10am on Saturday...so be sure to set your clocks back on Saturday night, before you go to bed.

This should be a good one, we're hitting Toledo Bend just right for some good sacks to be weighed by all. Hope everyone can make it.

Check-in will be inside of Huxley Bay Restaurant, I will be sitting at a table with a LA Poormans sign.  Please park your boat as close to the restaurant as possible and have your livewells checked before you launch.  I will be there from 4:30am until 5:50am.  This is shaping up to be a great time to catch some big sacks, hope we have a good turnout.

We only had 2 teams show up for this one, so it was winner take all. Water temps had dropped by about 8 degrees, so the fish that were shallow had moved back out. Here are the results:

Meyers/Gomez---9 fish total (11.41/9.43)=20.84 (BB day1=4.01, day2=2.82)
