Pump out/recirculate Switch

O.K. on my "new" used boat it has a Pump out/ recirculate switch with a red light beside it. It fills the live well with another switch but doesn't do any thing when I hit the pump out/ recirculate switch. This switch only has two positions and seems it should have three. Please let me know how yours works and were the fuse is at. The boat is a 2004 Nitro 700.

Solved the problem. Blown fuse then spent an hour finding the valve for the pump out. It is the out put for the recerulater. Live well is ready to support a full bag.
