Frozen Water bottle

If I plan to be outside and don't have a cooler handy I take empty drink bottles and fill them approximately 3/4 full. Place them in the freezer and they will freeze and not burst the bottle. When you are ready to fish, golf etc. take them with you and it will take hours before the water warms.

I always add a frozen gallon milk jug to the livewell in summer.

Frozen water bottles have help me keep fish swimming in the livewell this summer.  Alabama in August.  Got to love it   ~sun ~sweat

How sad is it to have the frozen milk or bottle in your livewell all day in 90+ heat and not catch a single dink.
That was my day today, i was trying everything without luck, was so hot that after every cast I was too tired to reel,  lo lo
