Lowrance/Eagle ?'s

Does anybody know if the cables(power/transducer) are interchangeable from one to the other? Both depth finder & fish finder have crapped out.... I was running Lowrance front & rear but looking to switch over to Eagle electronics.

I'm pretty sure that if they are both late models that they should exchange, from what I can tell the grey cables will exchange with the grey cables from the other and black will exchange with black.

If both depth finders are newer & are the same frequency they will interchange. Call LEI, Extras...they handle all the accessories &tranducers for Eagle/Lowrance, they can tell you for sure. 1-800-324-0045

Before scraping the lowrance units, why don't you call them, and see if they will do for you what they did for me. I had a problem with a lowrance unit, and I called them. They told me to send the old unit and , I think it was $74 to them. They said if they could not repair the old unit they would send me a new one. Sure enough, about 3 wks later, I opened the box, and there was a new unit. It even had a new warrenty with it. You might want to try this, unless you just want to up grade......

That definitely sounds like the route to go. Who couldn't resist a free/discounted upgrade, if that's the case  We'll see what happens... Thanks for the input guys!
